EU-Data protection
The "EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (EU-DSGVO)" https://www.datenschutz-grundverordnung.eu have to be red, understood, and has to be learned by heart. ;-)
This has always to be done when doing some internet shopping - or even other shopping.
Acordingly to our Terms & Contitions and other regulations and several laws, You can order to erase Your data from our customer file. Just send a simple e-mail or send a letter or just give us a call. (please see the lines in the first praragraph on this page.)
Please think: If You want to erase Your Data from our customer file, we will do this but some data will remain for the next 10years. This because your data will remain in several documents which have to be kept by several government orders like finance and trade regulations. This does not matter if the achievement is made by paper or in electronic form. Therefore Your Date which were
necessary for trading can be restored quite easily and used again.
additionally to think of:
*) If You order by e-mail to erase your data, the e-mail with your sender address will be kept for evidence.
*) If You order by post-letter to erase your data, again the sender address will be kept for evidence.
*) If You order by telephone to erase your data, it might be that this call will be recorded - again for evidence.
I think there is a bit of homework for some solicitors:
On one side we have to erase all the data when a customer wishes,
on the other side I have to keep the documents (i.e.invoices) for the government for 10years.
So, what to do???
